Um, sounds pretty fishy to me. I'm sure they make good vitamins, but, I'd be pretty surprised if it works as advertised.

With iron in particular, it might not be the best idea to trick your body into absorbing extra iron, as many folks in developed countries, especially men, already get more than they need. Too much iron isn't healthy, either.
