Re: multivitamin

I am now 54 years old. Had rheumatic fever as a 5 year old with heart (mitral valve) damage and carditis. I have taken 200 mg of coq10 since I was in my 20s. Last check with my cardiologist showed my heart in better condition than when I was in my 20s. Having used myself as a guinea pig, I would say coQ10, and a good quality fish oil. Make sure the coQ10 is gel cap - oil based, not dry because it needs an oil to be absorbed.

Re: multivitamin

Centrum is good, Twinlab Daily One is better (it is much higher potency, you can buy it online for about $20 for a six month supply)

Take after a main meal to aid adsorbsion
