I'm in the pre-approval stage of gastric sleeve surgery, with an expected surgery date of mid April.
When can I expect to return to work, assuming all goes well? I don't do much heavy lifting or twisting on the job. Specifically, when is it safe to drive again?
Thanks

I would take a week off just so you can adjust your drinking and get over the surgery.

Re: Gastric sleeve recovery time
3/8 was my 2 year sleeve anniversary! I recommend taking 2 weeks off from work just to get yourself acclimated to your sleeve and new lifestyle. A lot of people experience fatigue after the surgery but it does get better! Good luck, you will love it.
