Day by day my belly looking fat . When am worried then try to run in road or park them tired . After one week am stopping my run .am like fast food . So how loss my belly weight .:round::round::round::round::round:

Eating less, increasing your exercise and working on sit ups or other belly exercises will help. Drink allot of water! Eat allot of vegetables and fruit! Stay away from carbohydrates such as bread and do not eat fast food- ever.

To lose weight you need to never eat junk and eat healthy...but you also have to burn off more calories than you take in with exercise.

Take it slow. Don't go for intensive runs and then quit. You can run for 10 min, then 20, 30..
And of course, for weight loss, 80% is diet. Eat lots of fish, soups and salads. Drink lots of water, room temperature.
If you also feel bloated all the time, you could have a test for intestinal candidiasis. It affects many and we don't even know it.
