Take it slow. Don't go for intensive runs and then quit. You can run for 10 min, then 20, 30..
And of course, for weight loss, 80% is diet. Eat lots of fish, soups and salads. Drink lots of water, room temperature.
If you also feel bloated all the time, you could have a test for intestinal candidiasis. It affects many and we don't even know it.
