Walk an hour a day
I read online articles that recommend walking for 1 hour a day to increase metabolism and speed up weight loss. I tried to make diet changes (cutting out junk food) but have found it to be difficult since I tend to be an emotional eater and find comfort in eating junk food. So I thought I would focus on adding 1 hour of walking to my routine and maybe the discipline of walking everyday would help me make healthy food choices.

I was a member of Health Boards when I was having acne issues and decided to go on Accutane and I found the HB community was very helpful with advice, so I though I would get support for my weight loss journey as well. Sometime I just need a place to express my experiences and appreciate the Message Boards.
