I have been on Z3 for 2 days now. I checked out this website before making the purchase. I noticed that you seemed to be having success with Z3 and I was wondering if you could give me a basic outline of what you are doing.

I have been taking 1 pill before my meals. But, that first pill before breakfast is a doosy. When I take the first pill, with a 32oz ice water - I probaby drink at least 1/2 with pill, I get sick at my stomach, for about 15 minutes and have a sour taste in my mouth. But, that ONLY happens with the morning dose. The rest of the doses I am fine. Maybe it's because I already have food on my stomach when I take the next doses? Should I try a small snack before I take the first dose? I am eating a decent breakfast, not just a slice of bread, had 2 packets of peaches/cream oatmeal with a handful of dried rasberries.

Any advice would be appreciated. I am hoping to see some results from this. I just needed something for energy and to take the edge off. I am 5'5" and have a substancial amount of weight to lose, I am about 140 lbs overweight. Sincerely,

I do eat a slice of wheat toast and a glass of water before I take mine,then wait 15 to 20 minutes and take my pill and eat my oatmeal or whatever else I am having.That is what I found that worked for me.

Good luck and I dont know about the sour taste, I never have had that.

And my plan is
carb cutter
20 to 30 minutes a day work out.Any kind
1200-1300 calorie intake daily, I use ****** to help me keep track of it
no sodas
no fried foods
cut my coffee, sugar and pasta intake.
I try for a free day on the weekend so I can eat whatever I want, in about 4 weeks I may go back to free weekends again.If I am good that week that is my reward.
I eat what I pretty much want just as long as I dont go past 1300 calories a day.
