anyone take phentermine/adipex & CLA?

I had GREAT success with adipex, but my doctor won't give it to me anymore because of the dangers associated with it.

For those who aren't sure what this is, I pulled the following from *****.com:

Phentermine suppresses your appetite so you feel less hungry. It works by changing levels of brain chemicals (neurotransmitters) that affect mood and appetite. It may also slightly increase the rate at which your body burns calories.

Phentermine is no longer marketed in Europe due to a possible association with heart and lung problems.1

It is not known whether these medications are safe to take for more than a few weeks.

Weight generally is regained after stopping medication.

The best weight-loss medication program will also incorporate a weight-loss diet and exercise.

my doc only gave me 1 month supply, since i am seeing results that will or should help me have the willpower.. i have been cutting down the things that i eat, which i love food so thats good for me. i know that if i was to exercize, that would help me alot more, but willpower hasnt sunk in yet.
i have lost 5 lbs but it is taken me 2 weeks to do that, but it is a start for me. i have to start somewhere.
