Only 5 Lbs To Go...need help

Only 5 Lbs To Go...need help

I started dieting In February so far I have went from 215 lbs to 170 lbs that is 45 lbs! I know its awesome but I still want to loose a few more lbs and its so hard mentally and physically. I guess IM asking for tips from anyone on how to keep my mind in it...keep focused and how to loose those few last lbs

Just keep on going. How much do you exercise? If you can tell me what you've been doing (diet and exercise plan) I might be able to give some feedback on it.

Hey I work out every second or third day and do cardio every day im not working out. I eat fruits veggies Fish Chicken and beef that pretty much my eating plan and every morning i have a bowl of cereal example ( Vector)

Oh okay, well those last 5 pounds should be able to go this way. Just keep it up and don't stop, you've gotten this far already this is just the finishing touch. Good luck.

PS: What might speed things up a bit is doing cardio before breakfast, so you burn pure fat. But I don't know it's not a necessity I guess, I don't like doing it because then I'm tired and sleepy and so far from wanting to exercise. But I heard it was the best thing for fatburning.

Hey thanks...yup they say doing cardio in the morning before breakfast you burn 300% more fat because you are doing cardio on an empty stomech and buring the stored energy (fat) thanx for reminding me!

He's probably already gained lots of muscle mass though lol he's no beginner.

Thanx everyone well I just wanna loose those last 5 lbs because then I met my goal of 165 lbs...and yes I will start gaining muscle mass but I no I still got a lil left to loose haha but thanx everyone!
