Best way?

im 5'9-10 and weigh 238pounds and im male. just wondering, whats better to lose weight? swimming or goin to the gym and using the treadmill and bike?

But the best exercise is whatever you stick with and motivates you to keeping moving!

actually swimming as you do not feel the sweat and do not tire as quickly. as well you can lift weights in water and get the same benefits as on dry land

even by just treading water you are burning calories - good luck
