Desperate!

Hi..I'm 16 years old and weigh 154 lbs. I feel that i'm fatter and bigger than most of my friends. My goal is to loose 10 pounds within a month to a month and a half. How many calories should i be eating? I just recently joined a gym and If any body has ideas about workout routines to flatten my tummy and tone my arms and just reach my goal, i would REALLY appreciate it. I'm tired of feeling fat and just want to loose weight. thankss!

eat less overall calories and do some cardio or walking, thats all it takes..

can anyone give me workouts that i can do to tone the backs of my arms? and how much cardio should i do a week and for how long?

If you joined a gym then I would suggest talking to a trainer there to give you a workout routine. Go at least 3 times a week. Consider it part of your new lifestyle to keep fit.
