Light Head

I sometimes feal lightheaded when I stand up. Could this be related to dieting and low calorie intake?

Re: Light Head

If you're not eating enough, you will often be light-headed and dizzy when standing as well as feeling weak. I assume you are probably not eating enough since I've read your posts on the ED board. You want to be careful with that because besides feeling weak & dizzy, you can start having heart palpitations (I did), chronic insomnia caused by not eating enough, loss of menses, and start developing really strange food behaviors and rituals. Feeling light-headed is your body's way of telling you that you are not eating enough.
