yes it does,ive used xenadrine and caused me to break out alot.i went to the doctor,he asked me if i was taking anything,i showed him the xenadrine bottle.ive had acne for about 8 months now.trust me STOP NOW!!!!!you will regret it later on.i have so many scars left.the reason why it causes acne on some people is because of your liver,if your liver cant tolerate a substance it will spill over to the skin.My doctor told me that the xenadrine caused my liver to get irritated therefore causing acne,i think you should stop before your acne causes scars,ive stopped taking xenadrine and i hope this can stop my acne.if you need more info just post back,i cant believe that this caused acne.but if you keep dumping xenadrine in your system ,you will get more acne,take it from me,i am dealing with scars from it

Hey AGUY,

Have you been drinking a lot of water with the Xenadrine? I have been taking Xenadrine for about 3 weeks and I haven't experienced any breakouts and I have also been drinking lots of water all day long. Water cleanses the Kidneys and liver so maybe you weren't drinking enough water.

well you got me there,i hardly drink any water at all.babygirl do you think that caused it????well i dont know,i didnt think about that.

I think that's what may have caused it. Xenadrine gives you more energy so when you work out you tend to sweat a lot more so you need to drink even more water, about 10 to 11 glasses a day. Check out the thread about losing weight and water. I have posted some info. on the importance of consuming water. Especially when taking any of these pills.

Just a short note - I am prone to breakouts without even taking any drugs and trust me, my skin is clearest when I am drinking 2-2.5 litres of water a day. Even when I was performing in a musical and wearing heavy pancake makeup every night for 3 weeks I was drinking that much water or more a day for my voice and my skin was clear as anything...It's a wonderful internal cleanser as well!

yah i try to drink at least 60oz of water a day. I'm not usually prone to breakouts though. So i think i'll just stop the xenadrine and go for a more straightforward approach. More excercise everyday <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif"> thanks

well my acne is going away since i stopped xenadrine,and i just stopped a couple of days ago.i dont know what xenadrine does.i hope that it didnt cause permanent damage.ill have to about fat loss in a better diet and more exercise instead of using xenadrine.good luck peacefrog,stay away from things that can make one problem in to many more problems.
