losing weight while drinking

Would anyone be able to recommend some lower calories alcoholic drinks? Also, would anyone be able to tell me how many calories are in one mad dog 20/20?
Oh, also, I know that you are supposed to eat every 2-4 hours or something like that. Well, if I have a snack around 8:00 and start drinking until, say, 1:00, should I have a snack during that time?

drinking is known to put on weight... to my knowledge they do not have any "diet alcoholic drinks". maybe you might want to cut down from all the drinking <IMG SRC="">

Hi 550lady,

I tried to look up the calorie intake for maddog 20/20...and no luck yet..but I am still looking. Curiousity is getting me..only cause my hubby drinks and i would like to find a place for calories in alcohol.

I have heard the same thing about gaining weight from drinking. I personally dont drink....never been a good drinker. LOL

If I find anything, I will let ya know.

HI there, theres a new beer coming out, and out already in some areas of the u.s, is called either BudUltra, or MichelobUltra. It has 2 carbs per beer,, and I CANT WAIT FOR IT TO COME TO MY TOWN !! Just a little tid bit of info,,Ive been on a low carb diet for one month :P

LOL that made alot of sense,, summers here and loads of kids running in and out, lol, sorry for the confusion. As i was saying ive been on a low carb diet for one month,,,, and ive continued drinking my budlights in the evening, and still lost weight. I never overdrink, and only enjoy a few beers about 4 nights a week during conversation with my hubby about our days. No harm in indulging in a beer every now and again, as long as your bodies not running on it.
