Xenadrine (as with any weight loss supplements or drugs) is intended to AID in weight loss. You still need eat a balanced diet and work out while taking it. All Xenadrine really does is speed up the process. Good luck!

It is an over the counter diet aid?
Prescription? I have never heard of it and I am intereted in losing a few pounds.

Xenadrine is an OTC diet supplement. You can buy it at any GNC or you can order it online for a lot less. It contains Ephedra (Ma Hung) and caffeine. I'm sure you've heard of Ephedra (can cause heart palpatations, seisures, etc).<p>[This message has been edited by BFox (edited 03-06-2001).]

Well i personally use to weigh 245 pounds and now i am 155.and i used xenadrine to lose it all and will power.i used the atkins diet for a while then when i get bored i used the body for life diet.the atkins diet works wonders with xenadrine.the fat will melt off qiuck/. eat 6 small spaced out meals through out the day,most people dont truly know how to space out their meals.and weight train,atkins mainly is a extremely low carb high protein high fat diet .it suppresses your insulin levels,your body uses body fat instead of carbs.

Oh and one more thing,DONT GET caught up in having to use these so called supplements all the time.they can cause bad things to happen in your body,if you overdo it.I know people in which these stimulants caused liver damage,acne,hepatitis,blood pressure problems and alot of other stuff.So if u want permanent results ,its will power,Although pills and powders help,its nothing magical.THEY CAN BE DANGEROUS.i stopped taking xenadrine because it was giving me acne,when i stopped taking it,the acne stopped,but i believe if you dont overdo it its okay
