Re: What's the average amount of time to exercise?
Hey,
Here is a trick I used when I first started doing exercises.
In the morning, after coffee and before shower, I would turn on the TV to the Today show and every time a commercial would come on I would start doing an exercise. I would continue it through the commercial. I would do this all the way through the Today show. At that time It was an hour show but it is now a two hour show, so I get twice as much exercise.
I would then take my shower.
For those of you who can't stay home and have to go to school or work, morning exercise might not be so easy. You will have to either get up early or compress your exercise time so you can get out of the house on time.
Some of my lady friends who work, go to a gym or health spa after work. They keep sweats and such there and when they are finished they shower there and then go home or do what ever errands they need at that time.
Exercise is just like anything else. It can become a good habit and something that you learn to include and incorporate into your daily schedule.
Time nowadays is limited, one lady I know incorporates her exercise time in with playing with her children after work (they benifit at the same time). She says they think it is fun..
Use your imagination and your available resources and time to its upmost limit. Time is the one thing you can not get back and should be spent wisely.
Peace
