Abdominal workouts

Hello Everyone,

I work out 1.5 hours a day, except weeknends. I am dedicated to body sculpting (lean, not manly) and extensive cardio (Insanity and Fire). I also run on the treadmill.I use resitance bands, medicine ball, and hand weights for scuplting. I try to eat healthy. I am toned and fit, but would like more definition in my stomache. I would like to lose more inches off my wasist. I work my abs hard and I am seing results, but I would like more definition. What can I do better? Additionally, what's the safest recovery formula and protein suplement to take before, during, and after extensive workouts? Trish

I suspect that you as a female to make your abs stand out is to lose more fat. But to lose your remaining fat to accomplish this you may well upset you body chemistry. Some female hormones are stored in the fat. Menstruation will halt at some time and to me that does not sound too healthy.

if you drink lots of water could be a layer of water weight. go to GNC suppliers they know all the suppliments even call and search yourself. i notices planches, slow bicycle bringing your elbow to your knee, and lying down bringing striaight legs and hips up towrds the ceiling holding and down a few reps gives my great definition within weeks. i have more excersises if that what your looking for just reply or msg me if you have an questions feel free. hope i helped
