Hx Ovarian Cysts, Breastfeeding, Postpartum Flares

I have been diagnosed with cysts:

    Tl; DR:

I have history of painful ovarian cysts. I have had more incidents of pain (usually it happens 3-4 times a year but now have long encounters with similar pain almost monthly with longer bouts of pain.) Does anyone have experience? Will stopping breastfeeding help this situation?

    History:
2010- "Complex cyst" resolved within 6 months
I had right lower quadrant pain, pinchy stabby throbby from near hip bone spreading up side with missed period

2010-2015 Went for about 2 more transvaginal ultrasounds with similar symptoms. Also with follow up ultrasounds, with resolution.
    Countless bouts of similar pain.

2015-2016 Pregnancy with healthy baby girl born. No observed cysts or masses during anatomy ultrasounds for myself (mother)

2016/2017 Pain persists to differing degrees each month but exacerbated after birth of daughter.

1 transvaginal ultrasound during a waning of pain, no masses or abnormalities detected on scan. (October 2016)

    Pain is back.

I am so worried that after 6-7ish years that something is being missed because I am still getting this returning pain. Some months I experience it only around ovulation, other times I deal with the pain almost all month long. No remarkable bloating or changes in bowel habits but sometimes have some spotting preceding ovulation.

Should I be requesting other tests? Does this sound like ovarian cancer? When the pain goes away I relax but when the pain is around (some months more than others) I can't stop worrying about it.

You might investigate your gallbladder. Symptoms sound very similar esp the increase since pregnancy

Hi! Thanks for your thoughts. I forgot to mention: my galbladder was removed in 2010. Actually, just months before I got the first, painful, cyst.

Also I don't really have so much trouble with fullness or bloating, just localized pain and pressure that in a bad month can radiate from my LRQ up my side, or down my hip and leg. Always same spot.
