Irregular period and spotting.

Just wondering if anyone else had experienced this or could possibly know the cause. I've had three children and after my third pregnancy (he's now 2and a half) my period has been like clockwork. Last month my period arrived one week early, was very light, little to no clots and lasted 2-3 days instead of my typical 4-5. The breast tenderness and nausea didn't go away when it ended. Now less then two weeks after it ended I've started spotting very light for two days and now a little heavier. The nausea has gotten worse with mild cramping. I've taken a pregnancy test which was negative and made a doctor's appointment but have a two month wait.
My stress level is no different, I also have changed anything with my lifestyle.

Re: Irregular period and spotting.

Sounds like an ovarian cyst. People have posted things like heating pads to get relief. The vast majority are benign and are completely reabsorbed within three months. But, please contact your doctor's office right away. You need the list of signs and symptoms that tell you to get to a healthcare professional immediately. Best of luck.
