    Question Pelvic pain/Ultrasound

For the past 11 months my thyroid has been swollen & my period all messed up. I have a lot of pain/pressure in my pelvic. Reminds me of a baby trying to come out, but I'm definitely not pregnant. I had an ultrasound on my thyroid & pelvic yesterday. I am worried because of what she wrote in the notes...any clues what this means???

Left adnexal hypoechoic lesion noted. Possibly ovarian?
Right ovary obscured by bowel gas.
Hypoechoic heterogenous material noted within the endometrium as well as cervical cysts.
