There are probably certain excersises that can pinpoint love handles.

A lot of people have love handles. I have love handles. ive never found an excersise that is directed at love handles. but excersise and a good diet can help get rid of them.

I weigh 135 lbs..and I have love handles as well. I think some men think they're sexy. Also..between your love handles, does anyone here have those little dimples??..haha. My boyfriend calls them "butt dimples." They're like little indentions on the small of your back.

I used to do yoga and there were some balancing poses that would make my love handles sore. Doing them enough (and eating right) would probably tone the handles down. You can probably find the right poses by doing a search for yoga and sides or love handles or lower back or something similar. There is a really good yoga site that gives specific poses to target all kinds of things inside and out.

Don't you want your love to have something to hold onto? (It's OK, me neither.)

Try bellydancing. May sound a little strange as a form of exercise, but it really works out your body and will tone your abs really well! (As well as your legs, your arms, your hips, your bum, etc). Look around in your area...a lot of belly dance troupes offer classes. If not, there are several good tapes/dvds out there.

That combined with a healthy diet and perhaps some aerobics or walking should take care of things.

I've heard good things about pilates, and I've tried it a few times, but I've not had the time to do it regularly. It really is supposed to help strengthen and tone your muscles. My boyfriend's sister is a dancer and swears by it! And she has a great figure!

Pilates is great. Aside from the toning benefits, it really helps improve your posture.

Try to keep a healthy diet, and exercise. I recommend pilates. You can buy tapes/DVDs and do it at home.
