    Vagina Pressure and Pain

Can anyone help? I have lot's of vagina pressure and pressure all over stomach. Had all kinds of xrays but found nothing. My Gastrolnologist thought I might I IBS. Took Zelnorm it seem to help 50%, But my Vagina still hurts like bad muscle pain. What could it be? I'm also getting very depressed and anxious. Thinking about going back on paxil.

Is it like pain on the outside of the vagina, like where your pubic hair is. I am actually experiancing right now a feeling of bruising although nothing is there. I am on the pill not sure if that has anything to do with it. I just recently starting have sex again, and maybe from the grinding/friction, not sure. Is your pain low or high? Does it come and go, you could be ovulating.

It could be from several things such as:

Calcium supplements can cause bloating and gas pains in your lower abdomen.

If you are age 35 and up, it could be perimenopause symptoms.

I had this last year and I went to the doctor and they did a vaginal ultrasound to rule out ovarian cancer. Luckily I did not have it, but the doctor suggested that my hormones were out of whack. She put me on the pill. That did not do anything. What did help me was exercise. I did kegels and situps. In the beginning it was painful, but the more I did the sooner it went away.

I would go to the doctor so they can rule out anything serious.

I have Endometriosis and have the same symptoms. Do a search and see if it fits. I am gassy, abdominal pain, vaginal pain. IBS symptoms.
