colposcopy and biopsy cost?
 

I don't have insurance, and I'm just wondering what these two are going to lay me away for... :( Does anyone have an idea?

IF you don't have insurance, you can ask your dr for a discount. I did - my biopsy/colpo costed me around $250.00

I saw the insurance form and they charged them 1500.. but like the other poster said, ask for a discount.

Yeah, they seem to charge more when insurance is paying... Student health at my university says they charge between $165-230.

I felt a little funny at first, asking for a discount, but when you're paying cash, it is alot of money!!!

I went to the county health department for mine and I paid $200 each for biopsy and colposcopy.
