Re: got my period one in 5 years

Hope this helps you. I was the same way up until they put me on birth control pills, but then I had to come off of the due to the fact they were causing me headaches. My periods then didn't staighten out until I had my son. After I had him trust me they came every month on time unless I was really stressed and then it would only be a couple of days behind. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.

Re: got my period one in 5 years

What you are going through is similar to what I went through. I didn't get my period until I was 15 years old and my sister in-law was the same way. I had some bleeding that was not bad that happened when I was 12y. You are fine, just developing a little later in that area, that's all. I would go to the gyno and get everythin check out if you are concerned it will make you feel better. I would enjoy that fact that you haven't had to deal with it that much yet. Both my sister in-law and I have had kids and everything. I always felt left out though about the fact that I didn't have mine, but all my friends were. It will work it self out. If you do go on birth control pills it may help to regulate your cycle.
