Should I be worried?

Hello ,I have been experiencing sharp pains in what feels like my cervix area, it also feels quite sore .I have also had a mucus discharge with brown blood in it I,m going for a pap test tom .I so worried that this could be a sign of something serious .I also have a slight prolaspes of my cervix and womb and I am waiting to have a ployp removed from my womb .Could these symptoms be conceted? I spoke to my doctor but they don,t seem that bothered ,If any of you have had simular PLEASE post a replie this is keeping me awake at nightTHANKS juliex

hmm....sounds like an infection of some type. not sure though....let us know how everything works out.
