Re: severe PMS

How's your diet and exercise? Exercising and eating healthy (including lots of calcium-rich foods) is supposed to help greatly. Personally, I will only eat all organic dairy products, and I don't eat meat at all. There are so many hormones pumped into animal based food products and I truly believe it has an affect on us. Switch to organic milk and see if that doesn't help. You should also look into Vitex and Evening Primrose Oil. They are supposed to help with cycle regulation and PMS. Good luck.

Re: severe PMS

I've used Estroven for primary dysmenorrhea and have found it extremely effective for me. I got tired of the taking pain killers and ibuprofen to control the pain. I also was reluctant to continue to taking the pill, because of the side effects as you get older. Estroven is a natural product that you can get OTC. They also manufacture one specifically for PMS, Estroven PMS. If you google "Estroven PMS" you should be able to get more information about it. I can't tell you if it'll be as effect for you as the Estroven was for me. I just know Estroven has been the best natural OTC I've ever found for my problem. Good luck.
