Missed Period/Active & Stressed!!

Exclamation Missed Period/Active & Stressed!!

So...I have just missed my first period. I quit taking birth control pill a couple months ago. I have been quite sexually active since, but have used condoms. I had intercourse twice in March (both with a condom) but under the influence!! I have been VERY stressed out, from & aside from the delayed/missed period. I generally eat pretty healthy (vegetarian), but have been drinking a Lot more than usual in Feb & March!And staying up odd hours,going out, etc.(..stress!) I am Very physically active and work very hard between 3 jobs.I've also recently moved & we're remodling in the new house. UGh!!
I took a Pregnancy test a couple days ago which came out Negative; however it was the "RiteAid" special test, since I was low on funds. I've always had irregular periods, even on the pill, but never missed one completely.
..I am aware I have a Lot on my plate & stress can cause a missed period; high physical activity; and poor nutrition,etc. Does this sound about right or should I take another test??
Any advice???

Well now that you have partied hardy--time to come back down to earth. Try to get back to your normal routine. Take the time to sit down and prioritises things that need to be completed. Is it healthy for you to be working 3 jobs or would it be possible for you with some fancy budgeting to scrape by on 2 jobs? You really do need to reduce your stress, you are going to get yourself sick.

If you still do not get your period in a couple of weeks, than maybe try taking another test. Give yourself a break. If you get physcically and mentally run down you are not doing yourself or anyone who relies on you any good.

As I said take the time to sit quietly and come up with a game plan to help you achieve what you REALLY need to achieve and let the minor things wait.
