Tingling sensation in the vagina and constant urge to urinate

I'm a 26 year old professional, sexually active, with no history of serious health problems. I drink a lot of water. Over the last one week, I have developed this constant tingling feeling within my vagna, which is accompanied with a frequent urge to pee. The feeling when i pee is like that of a mild orgasm. ;-) i used to enjoy it for a day or two, but i guess it's not normal and am concerned now. Could there be something wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Not quite sure why you would feel that when going to the bathroom... cause they are two completly different tubes down there..

But frequent urination can be a sign of an Urinary Tract Infection. If you want to know for sure without going to the doctor, you can always pick up an AZO test strip at CVS or walmart.

I had the same problem when i was younger. Feels like you gotta Pee alll the time?, Burning?, Urine Odor?.

Urinary Tract Infection!! (U.C.I) .. you should take Cranberry pills or possibly AZO's. You can get them at almost any local store. Drink lots of water with these.

If problem consists then you can see your soctor and he will prescribe you something stronger. Its not that big of a problem long as u handle it.
