is loose motion common during starting weeks/days of pregnancy

Hey there,
I had my periods 6 weeks back and I had a pregnancy test after 5 weeks it came negative and I am not having any such pregnancy symptoms as well except still not had my periods.

But I am suffering from loose motion more often and I can hear noises coming from inside of me though I eat simple and light food..
I am confused that is it due to pregnancy..

Pls let me know what should I do?
