Being able to feel ovaries?

Hi guys,
I'm 23 year old female, fairly thin girl and usually healthy.

I was hoping some of you could help clear this up for me.

Recently, I noticed when feeling near my pelvic that I have two nodules *almond size* one on each side that are exactly the same feeling, size, and symmetric to one another. I've never noticed this before but lately I've had really horrible dry skin near my stomach, pelvic, vagina, so I guess that is how it was brought to my attention. I asked a few people and they say it's my ovaries yet they can't feel theirs. I really don't have any symptoms but I do feel a UTI coming on. I've made an appointment with the Gynecologist but it's not till the 25th so I just wanted to see if I can have a little relief on here perhaps.

Also, it's not noticeable at all on the outside so I don't think it's a cyst.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
