Transabdominal Surgery

I am 65 years young. After a MRI of my pelvic floor, these were the findings:

pelvic floor issues with rectocele, enterocele and peritoneocele. These would be addressed with robotic anterior repair, using pig's skin and transabdominal surgery.

Has anyone had this type of transabdominal surgery, and if so, do you feel any results? Are you pleased that you made the decision to have this surgery?

Has anyone repaired these issues with transvaginal surgery?

Has anyone treated these issues without surgery?

Thanking you in advance,
