    Exclamation Many small problems=big worry

Okay to start off, I was born premature talking 4 months early 1 lb 8 oz. I am 'healthy', 5'3 180 (yes i know overweight thanks to cymbalta); and 29 years of age. Almost 3 years ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and myofascial syndromes. I have taken many medications (SSRI's, muscle relaxers, etc) to help but found out I have an enzyme that counteracts everything (including benzos).
Past 6 months I had bad leg pain, so bad I would miss work. Legs would swell and eventually tire out and not function. Had a test done, said I have venous insufficency in left popiteal vein. (2 days before Christmas)--- Flash forward to present, since Jan. 12th I've been spotting vaginally, brown-dark red clots, some were hard (wouldn't break up with pressure in my pantiliner), it's not MUCH but enough to fill a liner about every 3-4 hours and really bad if I have to poo but coming from vaginal area. Thanks to fibro I can't tell you symptomaically about the pain as I'm always in inflammed. I stopped taking all my vitamins and one supplement (Nerve Fix) but these have never caused me any problems before and I have been on them almost 1 year. I'm confused by all this, seems like I'm falling apart. I figure there might be a BIGGER issue that my doctors are missing.... Please pray, thank you.

    Any advice? Ideas? Been there?

For leg pain I have been using compression sleeves on my calves (problem areas). See cardiovascular surgeon the 12th, see my regular doc tomorrow for pap.
