: : : I am 31 and diagnosed with what the Dr's call Primary Peritoneal Cancer. I went through exploratory surgery and they found numerous tumors through out my peritoneal cavity. I also had to have a hysterectomy.
: : : They finally pin pointed that the primary cancer site started in my appendix. This, I was told is very rare. I am a stage IV and am going to give chemo a try.

: : : If anyone has any info regarding this type of cancer I would be glad to hear about it. So far I have been unsecefull in finding any info on the net or elsewhere.

: : Dear Diane:

: : I hope the chemo will arrest your cancer growth.

: : Please check this site out, if you already haven't. There's a lot of info here and perhaps you'll find something.
