Carpal tunnel syndrome?

For almost two weeks now I have had aching in my wrist, going up into my middle finger mostly. This is only in my right-hand being the one which uses the mouse. Could it be repetitive stress or carpal or something else? I had no problem at home using my computer so this must surely be related to this new job that I started a few days prior to this problem. I have adjusted the height of my seat but the aching has not gone away. It aches during the night as well and driving a car and other activities hurts too. Any ideas?
