I seem to have some form of RSI, but I've got no money to spare to be able to go to a doctor. When I use a computer for more than a few hours (especially if I don't take breaks) I have occaisional pain in my wrists and pains that seem to strech from my elbow to my knuckle. I'll also have cold hands, numbness, and trouble holding onto things. I went bowling once and kept dropping things (pens, books, etc) for a week while in constant pain. If I don't use a computer or write by hand for a day or so it fades completely, but it seems now to start quicker and take longer to go away, so I'm looking for relief. I can't afford to go to a doctor or specialist- can anyone suggest something I can do to alleviate this? Would some kind of wrist splint thing help? Any information or URLs would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
