hi! i am having carpal tunnel surgery on oct. 26-don't know if the doc will do it open or arthroscopic. has anyone had it both ways? and which is better? also, is it better to be put tto sleep or have a regional block? i am afraid of having pain with a local or regional. any advice would be greatly appreciated!
