: I have tried Vitamin B-6, Grapeseed extract, muscle bellie exercises, cold packs, wrist braces, and magnetic wrist bands along with magnetic bracelets...unfortunately, I have gotten little relief from the pain and the numbness has never gone away since the symptoms first appeared on 12.1.99. I am scheduled for CTS release surgery March 01, 2000 and will let you know how it goes.
