: Were you very tired at first on the celexa?
: I just started about 2 weeks agao. I take it at night and I find I am very tired in the morning. Does that go away?

: : There are so many horrible posts on this board and others about the negative
: : experiences people have with SSRI's.

: : I just want any prospective users to know that these are NOT typical responses. In general only
: : the people who are having problems need come here.

: : I've been taking Celexa for almost a year. I had a few side effects that went away after
: : 2 or 3 weeks. I take it for social anxiety, agoraphobia, panic anxiety disorder,
: : generalized anxiety disorder, and slight OCD. I can't even begin to describe how
: : much of a difference it's made for me. I've gone from unable to leave home with
: : almost constant anxiety, insomnia and panic, to a normally functioning, happy person.

: : It feels wonderful to have my life back. It feels so great to do what I want to do without
: : worrying excessively about everything.

: : I just wanted to share a positive reaction to AD's so that anyone thinking about it
: : knows that there are really two sides to this issue.

To K Lynn you certainly sound assuring to me about taking celexa, I hope it will help me as well as it has helped you. but I was under the impression that it only been available in the states for only a few months. if not someone has mis-informed me. Would welcome a reply. Thanks
