You're right about the food preparation Elaine - but Larry North makes a good point in preparing food for several days in advance. I find that most of what I cook for my family I can adapt for myself and for them. I work out of my home - so I do have quite a bit of flexibility. But I lost 6 lbs the first week and can really see a difference in inches already. I try to do his 60 second exercises but also started a walking program for 45 min early in the morning (my neighbor drags me out). Hang in there - and basically - I think if you just keep your food prep low fat/ low sugar - don't skip meals - and squeeze in some exercise where you can - you'll still see results. This diet is everything we logically know we have to do - eat good health foods - in normal portions and exercise. We human beings try to make it so hard sometimes. In reading this message board I can't believe all the stuff people are ingesting just to lose weight. Give me good heathly food anyday! Good Luck!
