So your scale might tell you less, but it's only water weight. Wow, that's an impressive amount of weight to lose in 7 months. Obviously, you had the discipline and dedication to lose weight, so you can do it again! First of all, I let my clients know that the ONLY way to achieve permanent weight loss results, involves small balanced meals, cardio plus weight training 4-6 times/week, and supplementation. Supplementation can be either meal replacement, protein bars, shakes, or any pill, powder, or liquid which contains nutrients. If you leave one of these fundamental priciples out, weight loss results become much harder.
Next, figure out why you are binge eating. Boredom is one of the biggest excuses to overeat. Instead, do something active. Take a walk, play with your kids or dog, ride your bike, workout, just do something. Find a workout buddy or someone who wants to achieve similar weight loss goals. It makes things much easier, especially if the two of you can relate to the same weight loss frustrations.
Finally, be patient. It simply takes time. Through out your scale and measure your weight loss by the looseness of your clothes or compliments from others. Weight loss, especially lifetime results, require mind set, determination, motivation, patience, discipline, and the desire to do it for yourself. Good luck.
