Absolutely do not give her a hysterectomy unless her life is threatened, Ie, cancer.

Her ovaries will likely fail even if left in, and if not can develop cancer and be undetected, so that is dangerous.

She will go into early menopause without the normal hormones that ovaries supply. Her hormones will crash and that can affect her thyroid level.

Hysterectomies are NOT a cure, they are trouble.
We have cycles because that is the way our bodies are made.
I know none of this is easy, but take it form one that listens to and experiences the hormone problems, and don't mess with her body as long as it is healthy. Hormone replacement therapy often cannot solve the hormone imbalance problems.
It also has serious side-effects in the long term use.
