My pregnancy recently tested positive for down sydrome.
I am 15 weeks and 33 yrs old. We have already had the level II ultra sound and the doctor said that everything looked normal, and that I had a 1% chance of having a down baby. I am still very worried, before this pregnancy I had 2 miscarriages and 1 blight ovum with in a year. My thought is that my body was doing its job by miscarry and that maybe there is something wrong with this baby. I already have two children 13 & 3 yr old with the same man. My question is how easily is it to find abnormalities via level II ultra sound? Does anyone with a down baby have ultra sound pictures that they would share, I would like to try compare with mine. My world feels so devasted and everyone around me says I am over reacting.
