Allergies board

Does anyone here deal with that ? In addition to MCS , my allergies to the outdoor elements seem to be worse some years and not too bad during other years. What sucks most is that I never know how it will be from year to year. This year I need Allegra and the inhaler again. I have asthma this year , again , after having a rountine cold during the winter. I'm tired , my sinuses hurt and my skin itches ( on bad days or around cats. ) Anyway , I hope all of you feel better. This year is not going well for me. Thanks for listening. :)

Katte 28,

Pollen counts change from year to year because of different weather patterns. Different plants are happy and pollen-productive when the weather has been wet or dry, cool or mild.

Unfortunately, there ain't a whole lot we can do about the weather!
