Heart Disorders board

Hi

I'm new here and have a question. I was diagnosed on May 15th of this year with Dialated Cardiomyopathy, Severe CHF and mild Mitral Regurgitation. My echo showed and ef of 25%. I am also having issues with my b/p being too low, and the highest I seem to be able to maintain is 90/60. I am currently on Carvedilol, Altace and ASA for my heart as well as some diabetic meds and stomach meds.

My question is this: I need some dental work done. I have 1 tooth that has lost it's filling and the tooth is falling apart. I think it's going to need to be pulled and a spacer or bridge put in for the moment. My cardiologist told me no adrenaline, so will I actually be able to have this work done, or will my dentist tell me no way no how. I know I'll have to take antibiotics before. Has anyone else had any dental work done on a new diagnosis. I'm still not at my optimal doses of meds as they are being increased slowly due to low b/p.

Help please
