I follow low carb eating, and try to follow the zone. I am type 2 diabetic, have high cholesterol and bp. I was the same wieght for about 20 years, with constant craving and hunger. I started the zone way about 5 weeks ago and lost 12 pounds, and havent been hungry at all. Watching the carbs really kills the craving for me, and i have been able to go off avandia and cut my glucophage in half. I have a cheat day, way more often than recommended, about once a week, and started the diet at 4 blocks since i lift wieghts and walk, but i am going to cut back to 3 blocks. I feel pretty good!!!
