Allergies board

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has had a sudden allergy to honey? I had a severe lip swelling after eating some honey, which have done all my life and then 2 wks later my mouth swelled after eating a homemade bread. After all the blood tests and skin tests I reacted mildly to some foods, like eggs, milk, flounder, oysters but not bad welts just mild indurations. When I went for the office visit my allergist asked me if I ever tried to eat honey again??? My dr has me carrying an epipen and benadryl in my purse at all times because since my first reaction I have had more lip swelling and itching around my mouth and wake up many mornings with my lip and face having mild swelling. It seems like it is getting better but he is putting me on various meds to see if the swelling will go away completely and did not really warn me about eating the foods I had mild reactions to. Do you think I should try to eat honey again? that might prove it, but I am not too keen on the idea. I looked like a bad botox victim, just one side swelled up but it was big? Never had food allergies before. If anyone has experience with this I would really appreciate some input. thanks,

you may be allergic to candida --this is mold related bigtime: major culprits all sugars any fermented food yeast vitamins with yeast (chromium, selenium, a type of Vitamin A that is usually in capsule and has speckles sometimes...I am highly allergic to nearly every food in any supermarket and it is the nutrient dense as well as bad junk food too. But in my case a 40 year history w eating disorder (purged thousands of times during a 13 year period.......recently...after menses stopped...suddenly I was having reactions much more severe with food, especially any food eaten in normal quantities...sometimes even with Benadryl, and mild diuretics I look well, not human with lip swelling. I have been tested and always have a lot of allergies but the severity does not register. Ask doctor for Diflucan, 100 mg to try for a week and eat only the honey and a tiny piece of homemade bread...if the doctor agrees it is safe only!! And see if the RX prevents a reaction. If no reaction, consider you have a mold allergy. Or candida (systemic candida too).
