Back Problems board

Hi Johnny

I just wanted to wish you luck on your upcomming surgery. As far as preparing before your surgery, I know that someone came up with a list of things on this board that may be helpful for you afterwards. Please do a search for this list, it has some great suggestions on it.

Also, please don't push yourself after your surgery, and try to take it easy. Please keep us posted as much as you can, and again, GOOD-LUCK!

I will say a prayer for you to recover quickly. Good luck and best wishes.

Take Care,
~Brenda [img]http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/heart.gif[/img]
