I haven't tried bi-mix, since my urologist won't prescribe it. He had me on Edex, and it did work, but I had such terrible pain for over 3 hours after every injection, then apparently the inflammation from that caused scar tissue, so my erections became over 3 inches shorter and much less diameter than before I started using the Edex, so he stopped me from using them. He said that the Papaverine in the bi-mix/tri-mix is know to cause the scarring, so consequently he won't prescribe it. I had a RP in March 05. I used Cialis every day (1/2 pill) for many months to help blood flow, but haven't yet been successful having erections with them. Now I use one pill every 3 days, since that's all the insurance will pay for. I got a VED in July, but haven't been successful with it as the rings don't hold the blood in for me, apparently there is some leaking somehow. The urologist told me to continue using it daily for blood flow, so I do that. I've read from others on this board and Web-MD who use it successfully, so it's worth a try. I ordered Libidus, and it didn't work either.

YOUR INSURANCE COVERED IT...Geez, that's a good policy.
I never dreamed of it.
I'll have to make an inquiry.

It's a shame the way these "purveyors" jack up the prices to the insurance company...it's the reason we are all screwed over every time we write a monthly check to the insurance company.

RP,
Have you tried Cialis?
No I have not tried Cialis. I was on a drug study last year that allowed for Viagra 3 times a week. I still have about a half a bottle. I stopped taking it due to the side effects. I quess the big 3 are not quite the same so maybe I should ask for some samples. My Dr. must push the Viagra, cause he has never suggested any other.
And Speaking of pumps I did a Google and found an online supplier Vitality Medical, tell me those are the samething. I think I should give it a try but don't want to use my insurance.
Thanks
