1) I found a webpage that is old, but one thing I found helpful was the extensive list of ED causes. I can't post the link, but here are the causes it lists:

-prostate problems
-type 2 diabetes
-hypogonadism in association with a number of endocrinologic conditions
-hypertension (high blood pressure)
-vascular disease and vascular surgery
-high levels of blood cholesterol
-low levels of HDL (high-density lipoprotein) drugs
-neurogenic disorders
-Peyronie's disease (distortion or curvature of the penis)
-priapism (inflammation of the penis)
-depression
-alcohol ingestion
-lack of sexual knowledge
-poor sexual techniques
-inadequate interpersonal relationships
-many chronic diseases, especially renal failure and dialysis
-smoking, which accentuates the effects of other risk factors such as vascular disease or hypertension

I thought this was most interesting for myself because this is the first time that I read black-and-white that low levels of HDL can cause impotence. Also, I most other resources make little mention of endocrinal problems.

2) What happened to Uprima/Apomorphine? Seems like a miracle drug. Some of the online pharmacies still have it, some say it's discontinued, and I can't find any information why. The TAP (manufacturer) site has only one update about it, when it was seeking approval.

3) Depression is a cause of ED and so are depression medications. What's the deal here? Are there some depression medications that cure the ED?

4) If anyone has side effect concerns, I experience absolutely no side effects from 50mg of Viagra except for a slight head rush, almost felt good and with Cialis, I experienced a stronger headache and a runny nose. Both lasted for the first 18 hours or so. I'm curious about how well Levitra works. Has anyone tried it?
