That's great. How did your erection come back? Did you wake up and it was there? I'm about 60% back. Did you have feeling there? Did it start moving more? What should I look for as a good sign? Can you tell me how your process of it returning went there is no information out there on this. Where you taking pill and if so how often. Thanks 10 months out of surgery (robotic).

Let me first mention I'm a little younger than the norm - I was 48 when diagnosed. I had a traditional RP here in WV and both nerves were spared.

My doctor gave some Cialis samples about 4 months after surgery and I took 3 or 4 but stopped because they caused a lot of nasal congestion and made my normal snoring much worse. I never had an erection after taking the Cialis - it may have been a little too early.

I was able to orgasm by that time with manual stimulation even with no erection at all. Sensation was never an issue.

I first noticed some feeling of arousal and soft erections after waking up in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning. That led us to try more intense manual stimulation and also reading some 'erotic literature' (which I've always found arousing) and things gradually got better. Now it does take a little longer to achieve a full erection but once it gets there it's as usable and functional as ever. Once I got used to a dry orgasm, they seem to be as strong and intense as ever.

Good luck to you.
